I offer skills-based support for adult ADHD. We work together on practical strategies to help with organization, focus, and confidence. Clients begin shifting unstructured days into a rhythm that works for them & daunting projects into doable steps. We also work together to address procrastination, overwhelm, and low self-esteem related to ADHD. Self-compassion, acknowledging personal strengths, and affirming neurodiversity is also an important part of our work together.
The research-based program I use was developed at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in collaboration with adults with ADHD. I flexibly integrate other approaches, with the understanding that the client is the expert in their own experience. My learning is ongoing and reflective.
I am a professional member of ADDA.
